About Course

Bible Doctrine I is a foundational doctrine course from Solid Rock Baptist Institute designed to help students understand major Bible teachings concerning the Scriptures, God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, man, sin, and angels.

This course introduces students to the importance of sound doctrine and shows why every believer should know what the Bible teaches. Students will study the inspiration and authority of Scripture, the person and attributes of God, the deity and work of Christ, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the creation and fall of man, the doctrine of sin, and the doctrine of angels, including holy angels, Satan, and fallen angels.

Students will read the course textbook, complete workbook assignments, study key Bible passages, complete a final course assignment, and take a final exam covering the major doctrines taught in the course.
